How can I know what to really expect in my new home?
Our accessible Show homes are the best standard by which to judge the quality you'll be assured in your own new home. The quality of our design and materials is clearly represented in the workmanship we've specifically modeled in the Show home.
Carolina Homes invites you to build in the following new and developing communities:
- Coventry Hills
- Evergreen
- Panorama Hills - single family and multi family
- Johnstone Park (Red Deer)
- Springfield Crossing (Red Deer)
What is the price range for most of your new homes?
Carolina builds homes that grow with you, starting from the low 300's including lot and GST for a starter design, and moving up to the low 500's for a larger family home. These prices include the house, the lot and GST.
How much down payment is required and what would my monthly payments be?
Your Carolina Home will be a superior investment that is worthy of all the things you do to set your home apart. Once you have chosen the design that works best for your family, and the features that add that extra touch of home, Carolina Homes requires a deposit to hold the lot, and begin the decision-making process for your home. A down payment of no less than 5% is required upon acceptance of your offer. The deposit that you have already put down is considered part of your down payment.
As for your monthly payments, these are dependant on how much you put down, and the overall price of your home.
I already own a home, is there anything you can do to make it easier for me to purchase a new home?
Carolina Homes wants to make the buying process as convenient and positive for you as possible. That is why we offer a comprehensive Guaranteed Trade Program. Under this program we can purchase your old home from you so that you don't have to wait to have your new home built.
Do you work with any particular lending institutions?
Carolina Homes, due to our good reputation, is able to foster beneficial relationships with nearly all-major lenders. Many times, we can provide our customers with preferred rates or perks because of these good relationships. Carolina is also more than capable of working with some smaller lending institutions if you have one you prefer to work with. However, an additional $400 will be assessed to cover additional legal fees.
