Carolina Homes has a good working relationship with nearly all major lenders. In many instances we are able to provide our customers with preferred rates or perks because of these relationships. Some of the smaller lending institutions are also accepted but in some instances an additional $300 fee is charged for additional legal fees that are required to cover the more complicated paperwork.
