Your sales representative, who has led you through the construction process, will now introduce you to a representative of our service department, who will take over caring for your needs as you begin to live in your new home. The New Home Orientation is designed to make you feel comfortable with the construction of your new home, and to invite you to maintain your relationship with Carolina Homes through the service department. During your orientation, you will have the opportunity to walk through your home with the service representative, and ask any questions that you may have regarding the construction and warranty of your home. Finally, we will proudly give you the keys to your family's new 'space for life'!
