Five-Year Structural Warranty
Carolina Homes provides added security by offering a five-year warranty on the structural components of your home, in conjunction with the Alberta New Home Warranty Program. This warranty covers 'structural defects', which are any defects affecting the support system of your new home, for example foundation walls, floor joists and roof trusses. Any concerns you may still have about your home will be dealt with through this program, and details regarding their responsibilities for your new home are outlined on your offer to purchase. The Alberta New Home Warranty Program also makes available an Extended Warranty, lasting another 5 years, for an extra fee.
