New Home Completion

The dream is approaching reality, and your family is no doubt excited to begin making your new house a true home. Approximately 35 days prior to the completion of your new home, you will receive a letter with your final possession date. Though Carolina Homes is committed to timely construction, this date may vary by 3 to 4 weeks from your original projected possession date, due to factors such as trade contractor availability and weather conditions.

At this time, there are various responsibilities that the new home owner needs to fulfill to ensure that when the final possession date arrives, all is ready for your family to move in. The contacts that you need to make during this time will ensure that your moving process will go smoothly, and that your new home will be 'hooked up' and ready to live in come the possession date. You may need to contact the following individuals:

  5. TV Provider (Shaw, Bell, Star Choice)

Welcome to your new home! For the first time, you will be able to experience the inspiring finished product of all of your planning and dreaming over the past few months. Carolina Homes is proud to continue our service to you at this exciting time. Your sales representative, who has led you through the construction process, will now introduce you to a representative of our service department, who will take over caring for your needs as you begin to live in your new home. The New Home Orientation is designed to make you feel comfortable with the construction of your new home, and to invite you to maintain your relationship with Carolina Homes through the service department. During your orientation, you will have the opportunity to walk through your home with the service representative, and ask any questions that you may have regarding the construction and warranty of your home. Finally, we will proudly give you the keys to your family's new 'space for life'!
