Bernie is the Area Manager for Panorama Hills. He has been in the construction industry for the past 20 years and has worked with Carolina Homes for 5 years with his wife, Judy, who works alongside him. Bernie has been on-site in Panorama Hills from Phase 1, which gives him insight into this growing community and its developments.
